Always Best Care Senior Services

Haley Davis has worked in various fields over the last 20 years with specialties ranging from in-home services, large-scale operations, and hospitality. 

Today, Haley is the proud owner of Always Best Care Senior Services located in Parkville. Always Best Care specializes in assisting the aging community with In-Home Care and Senior Community Placement services that support them and provide "peace of mind" for their loved ones. Before transitioning to own her Always Best Care Agency, Davis oversaw the third-largest Amazon Fulfillment center in North America as Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Davis managed the day-to-day work of more than 4,500 team members. With more than 15+ years of experience in executive leadership and business management, Davis transitioned from corporate America to business ownership by opening her Always Best Care franchise in Parkville. Originally from the south, Davis earned her bachelor’s in marketing from Auburn University. 

She has lived in Baltimore since 2015 and has immersed herself in the local community, establishing a strong network within the area. Haley has always had a passion for helping others and giving back to the community, which is something that she takes great pride in. Haley and her wife are the proud parents of three rescue dogs and enjoy spending time with them.  In their spare time, they enjoy going to local events in Baltimore and being outside on the Chesapeake Bay.
