Floor Coverings International

Floor Coverings International/KC South, a family owned and operated franchise, was established in 2016 by Joe Barker and joined by wife Claire in 2024. We bring flooring solutions to homes and businesses across the Kansas City Metro area. 

We offer all types of flooring, specializing in carpet, hardwood, tile, vinyl plank and sand and finish. Our approach is different than most in that we bring the shopping experience to the customer with our Mobile Flooring Showroom, packed with options. We strive to create a positive customer experience, coordinating the entire process from selection to installation. 

We are proud that our high-touch level of service has earned us a 4.9-star rating on Google and voted KC Star's Best Carpet & Flooring store in 2023. Our goal is to make relationships that last a lifetime by providing the best solutions for our customers.
