For our buyers, we will show you only the homes that match your loan approval amount and that also comfortably work within your budget. Before we start the search, we’re going to speak with you at length about the home you’re envisioning, and then recommend only the homes that meet those needs. For the timeframe, it can take weeks or it can take months, but we promise to make it as efficient as possible without missing a single detail in guiding the transaction forward.

Sellers especially appreciate that we are solid researchers who analyze market data from multiple sources to create a realistic expectation for the price you should set for your home, while selling it in a reasonable timeframe. By studying past market performance along with pricing projections, we will generate multiple scenarios that empower you in the decisions you make.

With a competitive price in place, we create an individualized plan for the sale of your home. We want potential buyers to seek out your home for what makes it special and how it meets their needs. To do that we hire a professional home stager to make the most of the space and then a photographer to capture it best and bring your home to life. A unique feature we offer is what we call a “Community Highlights Map.” Choosing a home is more than the home itself, so we map out the nearby communities amenities — like shopping, dining, parks, pools and schools — and present that to your potential buyers.

Throughout the process, we’re giving you frequent updates on progress, and the feedback we’re getting, and then staying in close contact through the contract negation, appraisal and inspection—all the way to settlement and beyond. At every step we are there for you.
