Active Excursions

Active Excursions was founded as a way to get people more involved with an active outdoor lifestyle. Our mission is to create, organize, and run events and trips that promote a way for our clients to connect with nature, see places they have always wanted to see, network with like-minded enthusiasts, and learn new ways to promote a healthy lifestyle, protect the environment, and make a difference in their communities. Since our initial launch, we have expanded our reach to serve the corporate market. Our focus is the same when it comes to planning a corporate retreat, employee rewards trip, or client / prospect excursion. We will handle all details and logistics, give back to the community when appropriate, and make sure it is a first class trip from start to finish. Active Excursions has planned trips to some of the most scenic, historic, and fun locations in the Baltimore / Washington DC area. Our participants will hike the Appalachian Trail, see the Chesapeake Bay up close, explore the Shenandoah National Park, experience an organic local winery, and have a chance to visit many off the radar, and often understated places, that will take your breath away. With the addition of our corporate excursions, we now arrange for travel and logistical planning to unique destinations all over the world for businesses of all sizes.
