Kathy started in the real estate business in 1986 and Heather got her licenses in 1993. They started a mother daughter team in the early 90’s and attended a Howard Brinton seminar where The Koehler Bortnick Team concept was created and modeled after what they had learned from successful agents around the country. The team consists of a full time office staff and 26 buyer agent specialists in three Reece and Nichols office locations: Leawood, Prairie Village, and Liberty.
